It looks like Arc System Works’ Kunio-kun: The World Classics Collection may finally be coming to North America and Europe as Double Dragon & Kunio-kun: Retro Brawler Bundle. Icons that seem to be referring to a localized version of the game appeared on Gamstat, a site that data uploaded to storefronts.
The collection originally launched in Japan on December 20, 2018 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Some of the most treasured games from the 8-bit fighting game genre are included. In total, there are 15 Kunio-kun series titles, plus the first 3 Double Dragon releases.
The full list of titles in the Japanese collection is as follows:

Added to the collection is support for both local and online multiplayer, where up to four players can play together. A scanlines feature is included for that true retro feel. Similar to many other recent retro releases, save states are included, allowing players to save at any point in the game and return to when desired. Each title also has a set of missions, which can earn you bonuses such as avatars to use when playing online.
This comes just after a “River City Smash” Spirit Board event appeared in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate which featured Kunio, Ryuichi & Ryuji, Riki, and Goda spirits.
Kunio-kun: The World Classics Collection is available now in Japan for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
