Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Pushed Back From February To August

Back in August, Square Enix and Eidos Montreal pegged Deus Ex: Mankind Divided as a February 23 release. You could have even considered it a belated Valentine’s Day present. However, Eidos Montreal’s Head of Studio, David Anfossi, has issued a statement announcing a significant release delay.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will now be released on August 23. During playtesting, Eidos Montreal decided it needed additional post-production adjustments to prepare it for a retail release. The goal is to create a game that improves upon Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and that additional time is necessary to ensure it happens.

PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC owners will see Deus Ex: Mankind Divided next year.
