After people go through the remake, they’ll have a chance to pick up the Demon’s Souls soundtrack. Sony announced all the ways people will be able to pick up the sounds of the game. Digital copies will launch on November 26, 2020. Also, to complement that, it released a behind-the-scenes video showing recording sessions at London’s Air Studios and “Flamelurker.”
For those who prefer more tangible collectibles, the Demon’s Souls soundtrack will also appear on both CDs and records. There are no release dates for either, though SIE Worldwide Studios External Development Gavin Moore said on the PlayStation Blog record pre-orders are “scheduled to open in early December.”
As for the music, here’s the “The Music of Demon’s Souls.” Peter Scaturro appears in it, talking about Shunsuke Kida’s original score and Bill Hemstapat’s rearranged one for the PS5 remake.
And here’s “Flamelurker,” from the upcoming Demon’s Souls soundtrack.
Demon’s Souls will come to the PlayStation 5 on November 12, 2020 in Australia, Japan, North America, and South Korea, with the worldwide release following on November 19, 2020. It is among the PS5 games that will cost $69.99. A Digital Deluxe Edition, which will include equipment exclusive to that version, will be $89.99.
