A 1-day music concert for the Delicious in Dungeon anime series, also known as Dungeon Meshi in Japan, was announced. The Tokyo Symphony Orchestra will perform the concert, which will be held on March 9, 2025 at the Omiya Sonic City Hall located in Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
In addition, composer Yasunori Mitsuda and Kentaro Kumagai, the Japanese voice actor for protagonist Laios Touden, will make a guest appearance on stage. Aside from his role as Laios, Kumagai is well known for his roles as Han Daewi in the Japanese dub of The God of High School, Theo Cornaro in the Record of Grancrest War anime adaptation, and Hideo Akuno in The Idolmaster SideM.
Three types of tickets are available. S seat tickets cost 15,000 yen (~$94.45,) B seats cost 12,000 yen (~$75.55), and regular B seats cost 8,800 yen (~$55.40.) The tickets will go on sale on July 24, 2024, the same day the Delicious in Dungeon official soundtrack releases in Japan. The album will include an application ticket to participate in an advance lottery for the concert tickets. A 12-page bonus booklet with the tentative name of “How to cook a concert from Dungeon Meshi” will be included. An official website for the concert will appear in the future.
As a reminder, the first season of the Delicious in Dungeon anime series wrapped up on June 13, 2024 with the release of episode 24. A second season is currently in production with no current release date set.
The Delicious in Dungeon “Delicious in Concert” will be held on March 9, 2025 at the Omiya Sonic City Hall. The Delicious in Dungeon anime is streaming on Netflix, and Yen Press handles the manga in the US.
