Decapolice Characters and Story Shared in New Trailer

Decapolice stars Harvard Marks, one of multiple Broadstone Police Department detectives who is in the Decasim training to solve crimes. In addition to main character Harvard, players will work alongside Carl Oxford, Zhang Tsinghua, Manimani Manqa, and Mikey Princeton, and they’re guided by Instructor Misae Cambridge. It’s a virtual reality version of the city with the same incidents as the real one. He’ll need to solve crimes there. These can be recent cases or ones that happened 12 years ago. However, a hacker changed their avatar looks to that of cartoons. They then need to hunt down the clown while performing investigations. This means RPG-like battles.

First, here’s the extended original trailer.

And this is the all new one.

Here’s the Level-5 Vision 2023 Tsuzumi stream, which does offer English subtitles.

The game was first revealed at the February 2023 Nintendo Direct. At the time, it initially was only mentioned as a Switch game.

Decapolice will come to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 in 2023. There’s no exact release window for it yet, though it is expected to appear later this year.
