Kadokawa announced today during the Fantasia Bunko Thanksgiving Festival 2018 livestream that apart from a third season of anime, the Date A Live series is getting another game by Compile Heart which will release in 2019. The story script will be written by Koshi Tachibana and the illustrations will be done by Tsunako, as always.
Date A Live has inspired several visual novel adventure games by Compile Heart in the past, including Date A Live: Rinne Utopia, Date A Live: Ars Install, and Date A Live Twin Edition: Rio Reincarnation. Each of the games feature a game-original heroine that mostly aren’t referenced in the main novels, and this untitled game is no exception. The heroine original to this game was teased with a silhouette on the left.
Meanwhile, Natsumi, the heroine of the eighth novel and who will also appear in Season 3 of the anime, will appear in this game alongside the previous heroines. She will be voiced by Ayumi Mano.
The latest Date A Live game will release in 2019.
