Darius Cozmic Collection comes out February next year, and Taito have released the first trailer showing off the four included arcade titles.
As a reminder, here are the titles included (Special Edition only in bold):
- Darius (arcade version)
- Darius II (arcade version)
- Sagaia (arcade version)
- Darius Gaiden (arcade version)
- Darius Twin (Super Famicom)
- Darius Force (Super Famicom)
- Sagaia (Sega Master System)
- Darius II (Sega Genesis)
- Darius Alpha (PC-Engine)
Darius Cozmic Collection supports 2-player mode, and also has a save & load feature that can be used anywhere. You can also turn on autofire to make it easier on your thumbs.
The first trailer also shows off the cover for the arranged music CD soundtrack included in the Special Edition, as well as a first look at the Darius Odyssey –Cozmic Archives- collector’s book with previously unreleased rough artwork for the series. Finally, the Special Edition also comes with mini acrylic marquee stands with Darius game logos on them.
