Where to Find the Cyberpunk 2077 Tsunami Rasetsu Sniper Rifle

To get the Cyberpunk 2077 Tsunami Rasetsu sniper rifle, you must first own the Phantom Liberty DLC. As long as you have it purchased, you simply need to progress through the main story of the expansion until you reach the gig “You Know My Name.” This one, in particular, centers around you and Solomon Reed breaking into the Black Sapphire club.

During the middle of the action part of breaking into the club, there comes a point where a sniper is trying to locate Solomon Reed. Once you take out the enemy, you then have to pick up their rifle. With the new weapon in hand, the quest now has you following Reed and taking out enemies from a distance.

This sniper rifle that the game wants you to pick up to help Solomon is actually the Tsunami Rasetsu sniper rifle. All you need to do is complete this mission, and the weapon is all yours! It is a fairly powerful sniper rifle as well, and it deals an incredible 300% damage for each headshot. It also has an impressive range and solid fire rate for a rifle of its caliber.

The best part of the new Phantom Liberty gun, though, is its 50% boost in armor penetration. So even the toughest foes you come across in Night City or Dog Town won’t be able to withstand too many of this sniper’s shots.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is available for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
