One of the many new side gigs players can tackle in the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC is “Treating Symptoms.” This particular side mission has you hunt down a target for the mysterious Mr. Hands in Dogtown. Of course, you’ll have to go a bit into the new DLC main storyline before you can start this quest.

Note: Full spoilers lie ahead for this DLC side gig.

If you want to do the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC side gig “Treating Symptoms,” you’ll have to first complete the “Spider and the Fly” and defeat the Chimera. After that, you can head to the Luxor Wellness Spa area in Dogtown to find the gig marker there from Mr. Hands. He wants you to take down the Voodoo Boys target Milko Alexis.

Here’s a screenshot showing where to go:

Here’s what you need to do for this quest:

  1. Take out the enemy guarding the Voodoo Boy base and enter.
  2. Take out the group of enemies in the entrance area of the building.
  3. Head upstairs and down the hallway, taking down the enemies along the way.
  4. Enter the back room to be in a large circular area with a large robot in the middle.
  5. The large robot will activate alongside some of its minions.
  6. Focus on the main robot in the middle and destroy it to shut down the other bots.
  7. Head into the door at the back of this area and continue down the stairs until you reach Milko Alexis and a net runner.
  8. Make a choice of what to do with Milko.
  9. Leave the place and speak with Mr. Hands to complete the mission.

The choice here has to do with whether or not to eliminate Milko. The net runner hints there is more to this story than meets the eye so you may want to side with them or complete your job and be done with the place. Honestly, there isn’t much difference at all between the two choices so do whichever you prefer or works best for your roleplay. It won’t affect your rewards.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is available for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
