NIS America revealed the Crystar Switch release date. People outside Japan will get to play it on March 29, 2022. This means there will be about a one month delay between releases. In Japan, this version of the game will show up on February 24, 2022. There’s also a new trailer for the game showing it off on the Switch.
First, here’s the Crystar story and Switch release date trailer. It shows how Rei is fighting following her sister’s death in Purgatory. It also features hints at hostile interactions with characters like Anamnesis.
As a reminder, this is essentially the exact same game as before. However, if someone gets the Switch version, all of the DLC from the past releases will be included.
Crystar won’t just be available digitally. NIS America announced a physical release. If someone gets the $89.99 Limited Edition, they get the game, a soundtrack CD, the Recollection of Purgatory hardcover art book, an acrylic stand of Rei, a set of five art cards, and a cloth poster of Rei.
The English Crystar Switch release date is March 29, 2022. It will come to Japan on February 24, 2022. It is immediately available on the PS4 and PC worldwide.
