Crypt Of The NecroDancer Heading To PS4, Vita With New Music From Shovel Knight Composer

Recommended Videos

Brace Yourself Games has announced that it’s bringing its rhythm-based roguelike Crypt of the NecroDancer to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. No release date was given.

It’ll be the same game released on PC a few months ago except there will be a new chiptune remix of the game’s soundtrack by Shovel Knight composer Jake “Virt” Kaufman.

In Crypt of the NecroDancer, you have to move through a dungeon, defeating monsters and collecting treasure, all in time with the beat of each song that plays over the top. Punishment for not keeping the rhythm is taking damage from enemies and losing combos and bonuses you’ve stacked up.
