Did you think you’d get to play Remedy’s Control on the Nintendo Switch? Well, people can. As part of the October 2020 Nintendo Direct Mini, the Control Ultimate Edition Switch port was announced. This is a Cloud Version of the game that is immediately available to download via the Nintendo eShop.
Here’s how it works. The Control Ultimate Edition Cloud Version is actually free to download. This is because when you launch the game, you immediately head into a trial. This helps you determine if it would actually be possible to play the game on your system. To actually play and own the full game, you need to pay $39.99.
However, this is the full version of Control Ultimate Edition. The base game and both AWE and The Foundation expansions are present.

Control is immediately available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Control Ultimate Edition Cloud Version is available in the eShop.
