An attempt to create a new world to live on has resulted in events that will bring about the end of the world in Companion, a visual novel set to release on Steam soon.
The English release of Companion is set in the aftermath of The Companion Star Project, in which another small planet was brought into Earth’s orbit to deal with overpopulation. That planet is now set to crash onto the planet and kill everyone, which has caused the populace to react in various ways.
The game, which is supposed to release on Steam “Soon”, has players take on the role of a man who is enjoying his final days in this situation, one who will meet a woman that will “turn his life upside down” when she steps under his umbrella.
