Club Nintendo America Offering WiiWare And Nintendo eShop Titles As Rewards

Recommended Videos

Club Nintendo in North America just added a bunch of items to their rewards page…and they’re actual games. If you’re a member, you can redeem your coins for download codes for these titles. Prices are as follows:

Fluidity (WiiWare) – 150 coins

3D Classics: Xevious (eShop) – 80 coins

Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again! (DSiWare) – 150 coins

Super Mario Kart (Wii Virtual Console) – 100 coins

In the case of Mario vs. Donkey Kong, note that while it’s technically a DSiWare game, you can only redeem a download code for it on the Nintendo 3DS, not on a DSi or DSi XL. Something else to keep in mind is that these games are only redeemable from Club Nintendo until January 10th, 2012.

Club Nintendo’s website has been a little wonky for the past few hours. I was trying to register some games and browsing rewards when the site went down. It came back up for a little while shortly after, but went down again just minutes later. A notice says the site is undergoing maintenance, so you might want to check back later if you can’t access it.

Update: After being down for hours of maintenance, the Club Nintendo site seems to be up again, but the game rewards appear to be have been taken down. We’ll keep our readers posted.

Update 2: A Club Nintendo notice states: “New rewards and games available for Coins coming soon. Please stay tuned!”
