The Catherine & Catherine: Fully Body OST includes tracks from both the original release of the game, and from Catherine: Full Body. The original soundtrack is a total of three discs, featuring remixes of Chopin, Bach, and Beethoven. The first two discs primarily feature music from the original release, while the last disc features music from Catherine: Full Body.

The Catherine & Catherine: Full Body OST has arrived on Spotify shortly after the addition of the Persona 2, 3, 4, and 5 soundtracks were made available through the streaming service. This includes tracks from Persona 4 Golden, Persona 3 FES, and even from Persona Q. The only soundtrack excluded from this is Persona 5 Royal. Just like the Catherine & Catherine: Full Body OST, those soundtracks are currently available to select regions.

Catherine originally released on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC 2011. Catherine: Full Body is immediately available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch.
