Capcom USA’s Senior VP Christian Svensson has been keen on bringing Dragon’s Dogma to PC. On multiple occasions, Svensson has mentioned that he thinks the game would be a good fit for the PC platform, and that he’s been in talks with Capcom’s Japan headquarters to make it happen at some point in the future.
These talks are still ongoing, Svensson shared with users of the company’s forums last night. A forum user pointed out that GameStop in Europe have a listing for Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen for PC, and Svensson chimed in to inform him that the listing isn’t real.
“I wish that were true. Alas, nothing happening on that front at the moment,” Svensson shared. “I’m STILL having conversations with [producer] Kobayashi about making that happen to this day (as recently as two days ago in fact).”
In the meantime, Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen will be released for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in April.
