In the latest Capcom Unity update, the company confirmed two of the modes that will appear in some of the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection’s games. Four of the games will have a Training Mode, while every game in the collection will have a Versus mode. In order to access these modes, people will need to download a day one patch on May 29, 2018.
Training Modes will only be in Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting, Super Street Fighter II: Turbo, Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike. All four games’ Training Modes will let you have damage display, dummy controls and input display. Each one will also have their own options unique to that title, though none of them have been revealed yet.
The Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection Versus Mode was explained. First, people choose which game they want to play locally against another person from the Versus menu. Then, they can choose which stage to fight on. Each stage will note which character it is connected to. A Rematch option will be available, and choosing not to fight again will take people back to the original Versus menu.
Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection will be released in the West on May 29, 2018 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. It will be released later in Japan.
