Ahead of Monster Hunter: World’s console launch, Capcom has announced a new video series. Titled “The Making of Monster Hunter: World,” it will go over what went into bringing the latest installment to life. The first episode is over six minutes long and is called “Concept.”

The first episode of “The Making of Monster Hunter: World” looks at the groundwork laid for the game before development really kicked off. Ryozo Tsujimoto, its producer, Yuya Tokuda, its director, and Kaname Fujioka, its art director, each offer insights into the project’s beginnings.

Monster Hunter: World will come to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 26, 2018. It will come to the PC in Fall 2018.
