Brkout appears to be a block-breaking game with a unique mechanic, but something seems to be horribly wrong inside of its code, causing unsettling events to occur throughout the game.
Brkout will have players working through various block-breaking stages, but with their paddle falling apart with every hit players land against the blocks on top of the screen. To keep playing, players will need to catch falling tiles with their paddle while also returning the ball, creating broken, hodgepodge paddles as they struggle to keep the game going.
Brkout features some stranger elements that begin to appear as the player works through its stages. Cryptic messages, bizarre glitches, and frightful events will pop up the further the player gets through it, hinting at some past horrifying event that is tied to the game’s code. Players are encouraged to play it alone in the dark, despite what appears to be simple, colorful gameplay.
