Will had run away from home with his mouse, Pop, when they came up a ruin. Wandering into it, they would not be prepared for the horrific events and visions that awaited in its snowy environments in The Hanged Man.
Players will join the pair in their wanderings throughout the ruins, solving puzzles and fleeing from the sickening presences that await within. Its developers warn that the game will offer a “Wide range of hardcore expressions of violence”, so players may find their stomachs churning at the things that the boy finds within the ruin. However the player chooses to face these horrors will affect the ending they receive, with The Hanged Man offering many different possible outcomes for the story.
The Hanged Man is the final entry in The Strange Man series, coming after The Crooked Man, The Sand Man, and The Boogie Man, offering one last trip through the twisted mind of Uri Games.
