Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night Boss Rush And Speedrun Modes Will Be Day One Updates

With Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night’s release drawing nearer, the official Kickstarter page has updated with information about new modes and features that will be added, an Iga’s Back Pack add-on, and preorder bonuses. Most notably, the Boss Rush and Speedrun Modes will be Day One updates and DLC that lets you fight Koji Igarashi will appear at launch.

 

The Igarashi DLC is known as Iga’s Back Pack. It will appear on June 18, 2019 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Nintendo Switch owners can get it on June 25, 2019. If you pay $9.99, you can fight Igarashi. A Swordwhip weapon is a reward for beating this optional boss fight.

 

The Boss Rush and Speedrun are two of the many post-launch additions to Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. All of the other updates were also revealed. After launch, Boss Revenge Mode, Chaos Mode, Classic Mode, Roguelike Mode, local and online cooperative and versus multiplayer modes, and two additional characters will be added. Dates for those features have not been announced. Only the Boss Rush, Speedrun, and Pure Miriam outfits will be available on the day the game is released.

 

Finally, the preorder bonuses for different outlets have been released. If someone preorders from Best Buy, they may get a Novobox futurepak steel case with art by Mana Ikeda while supplies last. PlayStation Store preorders include a dynamic theme and offer a 10% discount. If someone buys a PC copy from GOG or Steam, they get a 10% discount.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night will arrive on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on June 18, 2019. It will come to the Nintendo Switch on June 25, 2019. Its Kickstarter launched on May 11, 2015 and raised $5,545,991 from 64,867 people.
