5pb describe the game as a maiden adventure with the worldview of a fantasy RPG. It takes place in the world of Anelheid, and the game’s protagonist is a girl named Lilith. Similar to a role-playing game, you can check the Status of the game’s  characters. Only, you won’t be checking for stats — male characters will have a Favorability Gauge, while Lilith has something called a Sacred Gauge.

The RPG feel will be reflected in the game’s soundtrack as well, and yes, the game has a multi-path structure with multiple endings. Beyond the Future is being directed by Daisuke Iwasaki, who also directed Lucian Bee’s.

Beyond the Future: Fix the Time Arrows is slated for release on December 1st. The regular PS3 edition will cost 7,140 yen, while the limited will cost 9,240 yen. The regular PSP edition will go for 6,090 yen, with the limited priced at 8,190 yen.
