Best Party Members for Tanking in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth: Adachi and Kiryu

You want a tank on your team at all times in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, especially since you’ll be hit with an instant game over if your party leader (Kasuga) ever falls in battle. The key point here is to never make your party leader the tank. Instead, make a party member like Adachi or Kiryu the tank whenever they are not the leader. Their high stats and classes, like the Dragon of Dojima and Detective, work well for this task.

Best Healers: Nanba and Chitose

There are quite a few characters who are the best at healing in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, depending on the classes you give them. However, there are two notable characters who naturally have a tendency towards healing, and those are Nanba and Chitose. This is due to their default classes and the magical nature of their stats. However, party members like Tomizawa and Saeko also work quite well for this role, due to their abilities.

Best Mage Characters in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth: Nanba, Tomizawa, and Kasuga

If you want someone who focuses on magic, this is another varied category. Any of the people above work well for ranged magic, but I especially like Nanba and Tomizawa. They both learn some fantastic magical DPS skills in their initial classes. Better yet, they have access to jobs like Desperado, which gives more skills and some debuffs.

Kasuga is another great shout due to his exclusive Sujimancer job. This one has access to an unbelievable amount of magical skills across all elemental types.

Best Pure DPS Character: Joon-gi, Kasuga, Kiryu, and Seonhee

If you’re looking for the best party members in Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth that are strictly there for DPS, you’re looking for characters like Joon-gi, Seonhee, Kasuga, and Kiryu. They all have strong melee stats and can be further advanced with the right jobs, such as Kunoichi, Action Star, Aquanaut, and Samurai. Kiryu, in particular, should stick with Dragon of Dojima, though, and has some of the most variation in his melee DPS skills.

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is available right now for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
