Bayonetta Voice Actress Offers More Details About Bayonetta 3 Offer

More details about the Bayonetta 3 voice acting situation have come to light, with former Bayonetta voice actress Hellena Taylor sharing more details about PlatinumGames’ offer via Twitter. In the newest update, she noted the initial offer to return as the character was $10,000. Then, after that, the amount increased to $15,000. She then said she declined following that offer, which led to a flat $4,000 offer to “voice some lines.”

In her initial video message, Taylor claimed the developer offered her a flat $4,000 to play the character. That same announcement also included a call to boycott Bayonetta 3. A follow-up Bloomberg report from Jason Schreier claimed the offer to return as the voice actress for Bayonetta was $15,000, which now seems to be confirmed by Taylor.

Here is Taylor’s latest series of tweets about the topic:

Bayonetta 3 will come to the Nintendo Switch on October 28, 2022, with Jennifer Hale as the voice actress for Bayonetta. Previously, Hale voiced characters in Mass Effect, Overwatch, and Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep.
