Batman: Arkham Knight Is Getting A Novel Adaptation

Recommended Videos

It isn’t uncommon for the Batman movies—animated or otherwise—to receive novel adaptations, but the videogames are getting them now, too, starting with Batman Arkham Knight: The Official Novelization by Marv Wolfman.

Woflman has a long history with comics dating back to the 1960. In the ‘70s, he took over as the writer on Amazing Spider-Man, where he had Peter propose to Mary Jane (who initially turned him down) before the couple officially got hitched years later. Wolfman is also very well known for his work on Crisis on Infinite Earths, the first major crossover event that rebooted the DC universe back in the ‘80s.

Batman Arkham Knight: The Official Novelization is available on Amazon. If you’re looking for other good Batman novels, I would highly recommend the Batman Begins novelization by Denny O’Neil. O’Neil, along with artist Neal Adams, created Ra’s Al Ghul back in the ‘70s, so it isn’t surprising that his expanded version of the Batman Begins story is a very, very special read.
