Bandai Namco is terminating many of its older iOS games on March 30th including arguable classics such as i Love Katamari, Splatterhouse, and Noby Noby Boy (via Pocket Gamer).
Games that will be affected by this have had the following message placed at the beginning of their App Store descriptions: “We regret to inform you that service for this application will be terminated as of 3/30/2015.”
It seems that the games being targeted for this termination are those that were released on the App Store before 2011. If you wanted to keep them on your iPhone or iPad then you’re going to want to download them and back them up as soon as possible. If you don’t, then there’s no guarantees that you’ll ever be able to get them.
