In Atelier Sophie: Alchemist of the Mysterious Book, Sophie will work on learning more about alchemy to make people happy, but also to help Plachta bring back her memories. The game’s latest video shows how you’ll also get to help customize her looks.
Customizing the doll appearances of Plachta requires four main ingredients: elixir, thread material, jewel, and “mysterious powers” that come from items that provide different stat or attribute buffs.
You’ll see a graph that provides a look into your customization’s “Cute,” “Wise,” “Brave,” and “Fool” levels, which likely influences the looks you’ll get from your combination. After you put everything together, it’ll show you the stats and a look at Plachta’s new look.
The “Doll Make” system will allow you to come up with all kinds of different looks for Plachta. Whether you go by abilities and strengths or looks, it’ll be up to you to decide.
Atelier Sophie: Alchemist of the Mysterious Book will release in Japan on November 19, 2015 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita. You can check out our earlier report to learn more about Logy and his appearance in the game.
