Atelier Shallie Reaches 80,000 Shipped Between Japan And Asia

In a recent earnings report, Koei Tecmo revealed that they have shipped 200,000 units of Toukiden: Kiwami across Japan and other Asian territories on PSP and PS Vita.

 

Additionally, the company also revealed that Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea has shipped 80,000 units between Japan and Asia.

 

Going forward, the company says, it plans to use both existing and new I.P., and expand it across a variety of media, including videogames, animation, manga, movies and more.

 

One example of this multimedia approach is the new Fatal Frame for Wii U, which is developed and published by Tecmo and Nintendo respectively, while movie and novel projects are being handled by Kadokawa in parallel.

 

Meanwhile, Koei Tecmo plan to releaseĀ Atelier Shallie in the West this March.
