The first episode of the Atelier Ryza anime will be a special one-hour long one. The first two episodes of the anime will be combined for the premiere. The anime is slated to come out in Japan on July 1, 2023. Additionally, a new special key visual for the anime adaptation of Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout was unveiled on June 10, 2023. [Thanks, Game Watch!]
Character Designer Tomoyuki Shitaya is responsible for the newly released illustration. In addition, the new key visual for the anime adaptation shows returning characters Empel Vollmer and Lila Decyrus and how they’ll look in the new adaptation. With the inclusion of these two characters, the Atelier Ryza main cast of characters is complete.

As a reminder, a second trailer for the Atelier Ryza anime adaptation appeared in May 2023, alongside the release of the Japanese official website. The first announcement trailer appeared back in March 2023, alongside the final trailer for Atelier Ryza 3, the latest and final entry in the Atelier Ryza trilogy.
The release date for the anime adaptation of Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout is July 1, 2023 in Japan.
