Gust shared the latest gameplay footage and theme song trailer for Atelier Ryza 2 during the “Gust’s Fall Special Program” live stream earlier today.
The gameplay begins at the 26:07 mark of the video. It begins with a stroll inside the Royal Capital Ashra-am Baird at night. We then get a look at dungeon gameplay in the following part. At around 32:21, we get a peek inside the dressing room with Ryza and her many costumes. We also get a glimpse at different outfits for Klaudia, Lent, Tao, Patricia, Clifford, and Serri who are in the party. The next gameplay part demonstrates the latest combat features, such as the Order Skills, Skill Chains, and Core Charge.

The theme song is titled “Somewhen, Somewhere…” by Clammbon.
Atelier Ryza 2 will release for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch in Japan on December 3, 2020. The game will release in North America for the PS5, PS4, Switch, and PC via Steam on January 26, 2021. Europe will get the game on January 29, 2021. In case you missed it, the Digital Deluxe Edition of Atelier Ryza 2 will come with a plethora of costumes, including a Sophie Neuenmuller costume for Ryza—a fan favorite from the Atelier series.
