20th Century Fox have announced release date for a number of their upcoming movies, including Assassin’s Creed. Starring Michael Fassbender, the movie has been delayed from its 2015 release to December 21st, 2016. (Thanks, Superhero Hype)
Very little is actually known about the Assassin’s Creed movie at this point, although Fassbender did say to IGN a few months ago that the creators wish to remain true to the original videogames the movie is based on.
“There’s so much cool stuff in the game that we’re actually spoiled for choice in terms of what we can use and what we can’t, but we also want to bring new elements to it and perhaps our own version of things that already exist in the game,” Fassbender said.
