Artificial Intelligence Police Department To Blast Up PC, PS4, And Xbox One On January 29th

Does artificial intelligence need a police force? Perhaps not the current and still under development AI that we know in our present. But the AI in the top-down co-op twin-stick shooter AIPD (Artificial Intelligence Police Department) does, apparently.

It’s a game that thrusts you into neon-blasted arenas (seriously, this thing is glowing) to fight artificial intelligence that has got out of hand and been lured towards evil.

Yeah, the story isn’t up to much, but luckily where this game excels is in its thousands of possible combinations of enemy and arena permutations. Developer Blazing Badger hopes to provide a near-endless arcade experience.

You can customize the weaponry, game mechanics, enemies, and the arenas to how you want. Plus, you can head into the arenas by yourself or with up to three friends if you really want to ramp up the brightly colored chaos.

AIPD is coming out on Steam, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on January 29th.
