Ahead of The Ninja Saviors: Return of the Warriors’ launch next week, Hamster and Taito are set to release the original arcade release of The Ninja Warriors via the Arcade Archives lineup this week, on July 18, 2019. [Thanks, Famitsu!]
The Ninja Warriors is a side-view action game released by Taito in 1987, with players fighting as ninja-type cyborgs Ninja and Kunoichi against the demon lord Banglar. The Arcade Archives release will include online rankings for player scores, and the option to change the game’s difficulty and various presentation options. It’s set to cost 823 yen on the Japanese eShop. Previously, Arcade Archives The Ninja Warriors released on PlayStation 4.
