Today, the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console service in Japan saw a Kirby title that isn’t a platformer. Kirby Star Stacker for the Game Boy is a block-matching puzzle game that has blocks based on Kirby’s friends from Kirby’s Dream Land 2: Rick the hamster, Coo the owl, and Kine the fish.

Kirby Star Stacker costs 400 yen on the Nintendo eShop.

On the original games front, Arc System Works have yet another release coming next week in the form of Arc Style: Freecell (above). Arc System works made it so the game be played either on the top or the bottom screen, while the free screen displays the time and controls.

Arc Style: Freecell will be released on May 30th for 300 yen.
