People will get to learn more about both of Capcom’s latest Monster Hunter games at a digital livestream event on April 27, 2021. The company announced that people will get to see both Monster Hunter Rise and Monster Hunter Stories 2 announcements at the event. It will air on services like Twitch and YouTube at 7am PT/10am ET/3pm BST.
Capcom didn’t mention how long the presentation will be. Details about possible Monster Hunter Stories 2 announcements didn’t appear in the reveal either. However, it did clarify what Monster Hunter Rise elements will appear during the April event. People will find out about the first Free Title Update. It’s due to debut in April 2021 and add Apex Rathalos and Chameleos. Given its launch window, a version 2.0 release date could be among the reveals.
Monster Hunter digital events appeared rather frequently in 2021. The first showed up in January 2021. An additional three appeared throughout March 2021.
Monster Hunter Rise is available for the Nintendo Switch. It will come to PCs in early 2022. Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin will come to the Nintendo Switch and PC on July 9, 2021. People can catch the next Monster Hunter digital event at 7am PT/10am ET/3pm BST on April 27, 2021.
