Apotheon Hits PS4, PC On February 3rd; PS Plus Members Get It Free

While it won’t make January as Alientrap Games had originally planned, Apotheon will be out on February 3rd on PlayStation 4 and Steam for PC.

The reason for this delay of a few days is due to Apotheon being part of the PS Plus lineup for February 2015. So, yep, if you’re a PS Plus member you can get this brand new game for free for the entire month. Not bad, huh?

Apotheon is a Greek mythology-inspired hack ‘em up in which you play the last Champion of humanity who sets out to slay the gods. This involves climbing up Mount Olympus and going all the way down to the Land of the Dead.

Fighting is physics-based and includes swords, spears, shields, and bows. You’ll have to be conniving in order to topple the giant and tough enemies that you face, exploiting any weakness that may present itself.
