Another Look At Dead or Alive: Dimensions’ Metroid Stage

Dead or Alive: Dimensions on the Nintendo 3DS is developed by Team Ninja, who also, jointly with Nintendo, developed Metroid: Other M on the Wii. Thanks to this close partnership, Team Ninja’s upcoming fighting game has a Metroid: Other M bonus stage in it.

 

Metroid series antagonist, the seemingly-immortal, but always cute and cuddly Pterodactyl, Ridley, is present in the stage, too, as an on-site hazard. He’ll be administering the same treatment as he did to Other M players, to anyone unlucky enough to get caught up in his claws.

 

Luckily, Metroid’s Samus Aran appears in the stage as an assist character to help you out. Here’s a clearer look at the stage (and Ridley’s antics):
