One of the highlights of superhero games like Spider-Man 2 is all the suits players can unlock. With over 60 outfits to choose from in the base game, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 does not disappoint in this category.
Outfits in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 are purely cosmetic, as Insomniac Games shifted character progression to suit tech instead in the web-slinging sequel. As a result, you can select your favorite costume and not have to worry about any gameplay issues. However, you’ll get a sweet trophy if you do decide to complete your wardrobe.

Unlocking all the suits in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will land you the “Kitted Out” trophy. It should be noted that suits featured in the Digital Deluxe Edition are not required for the achievement. Luckily, you’ll unlock most of Peter and Miles’s suits by simply playing the story and leveling up. Three Peter suits and five Miles suits, however, are tied to side content. So, ultimately, those aiming to pick up all suits in Spider-Man 2 will have to complete the game 100% essentially.
Most suits in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 must be purchased using components like Tech Parts, City Tokens, and the rare currency Hero Tokens. Additional styles can also be purchased for all the suits except those inspired by the movies, though these styles are not required for the trophy.
