Aliens: Colonial Marines Continues The Aliens Saga In February

Sega announced a release date for Aliens: Colonial Marines, Gearbox’s videogame sequel to the Aliens movie, this morning. Colonial Marines is a sci-fi horror first-person shooter where you play as U.S.S. Colonial Marine who’s part of a rescue effort searching for Ellen Ripley and the rest of the Sulaco crew. Aliens: Colonial Marines lets you go at its campaign either in single player or co-op. There’s also a competitive multiplayer mode where you can play as Xenomorphs. The Colonial Marines are played from a first-person perspective, while Xenomorphs make you play in third-person.

 

Aliens: Colonial Marines will be released on February 12th, 2013, for the the Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3. A release date for the Wii U version will be announced at a later time.
