Titled “A Certain Psuedo-World Game Experience” (とある遊戯の疑似世界), the gacha banner will allow users to roll for event exclusive character cards featuring the cast from A Certain Magical Index dressed as characters from Nier Replicant and Nier Automata. This includes Index dressed as Emil, Oriana Thomson as Kaine, and Othinus as A2. Interestingly, Accelerator, whose voice actor voiced Nier in Nier Replicant, will also be dressed as the character.

You can check out all of the revealed character cards below:

Additionally, users will be able to receive the Emil Index 3-Star assist character through the scenario event, which will run simultaneously. The scenario event itself will be available on the same day as the banner, from May 1, 2021. The story will center around the main characters of A Certain Magical Index joining the beta test of a virtual battle royale Nier game.

The event will provide log-in bonuses as well as boss tickets via quests. Defeating bosses net event points, which can then be used to get characters and other items. The scenario event lasts until May 11, 2021, while event bonuses can be collected until May 14, 2021.
