Here’s the official announcement.

This means players will need to roll on a limited time banner to obtain the FFVII Advent Children Cloud, Barret, and Tifa outfits in The First Soldier. Players can use tickets or Shinra Credits to roll on the banner. It will cost 300 Shinra Credits or 5 Premium Shinra Tickets.

The Cloud and Barret outfits can be equipped regardless of gender. However, the Tifa outfit will be gender-locked. Other items players can obtain through the FFVII Advent Children banner include the Fenrir Bike, and two Fusion Sword cosmetics. All of these items will appear on the banner at a 0.25% rate. However, players can still obtain the Final Fantasy VII Remake Cloud and Tifa through a paid outfit bundle.

Additionally, The First Soldier has several celebration challenges underway. Players will be able to obtain up to 78 Premium Shinra Tickets through completing challenges. The challenges will remain open for a limited period of time to celebrate Final Fantasy VII The First Soldier reaching 2 million downloads.

Final Fantasy VII The First Soldier is available for Android and iOS devices.
