How to Unlock The Singularity Reactor in FFXIV

Every Final Fantasy XIV expansion ends with a climactic battle against some mighty foe. The Singularity Reactor in FFXIV: Heavensward is one such Trial that will unlock with Main Scenario Progression. This was the final Trial for Heavensward‘s 3.0 release and sees players fighting against King Thordan and his Knights of the Round. Like previous Trials in Heavensward, a group of eight players will take on Thordan and his Knights.

How to Unlock The Singularity Reactor in FFXIV: Heavensward

Like stated previously, The Singularity Reactor will unlock through Main Scenario Quest progression. Players will need to accept the quest “Heavensward” to take on King Thordan and his Knights of the Round. This Trial is preceded by a dungeon, and the way the story plays out will make it very clear that you are heading to the finale of Final Fantasy XIV 3.0.

Completing “Heavensward” will allow you to continue the Main Scenario Quests and open up more content in FFXIV for you. This includes several Alliance Raids, and other content available to this expansion specifically. While previously something of a challenge, with several adjustments, this fight is significantly easier but no less impressive in its spectacle.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
