Square Enix and Kenshi Yonezu released a Final Fantasy XVI video filled with spoilers. It’s the latest music video for “Tsuki Wo Miteita – Moongazing,” the theme song created for the game. From the very beginning of the four and a half minute spot, it shows clips from the very end of the game.

The new Final Fantasy XVI theme song music video begins with one of the biggest spoilers. It features a clip taken from the very end of the game. The rest acts as something of a flashback and overview of Clive’s adventures. We see every major character’s pivotal moments, with many of their fates revealed or touched upon as the song plays. An encounter with the final boss also appear at the end.
This comes after another conversation between Final Fantasy XVI Producer Naoki Yoshida and Yonezu. It was the second part of a conversation about the game and “Tsuki Wo Miteita – Moongazing.” In it, the artist shared his thoughts about Clive’s journey.
Final Fantasy XVI is available for the PlayStation 5. There is a six month exclusivity window, so there’s be some time before we’ll see news about it appearing on another platform.
