How to Remove Status Ailments in Starfield

There are a few ways to get rid of status ailments in Starfield. The first and simplest is to visit a medical professional. Almost every major settlement and city you find in outer space will have a doctor or medical facility for you to visit.

Some places even have multiple, such as in the case of the Medbay in The Well of New Atlantis or Reliant Medical in the cushy Commercial District. When you visit these places, you can speak with the nurse or doctor there to pay credits to instantly healing of your health and any ailments you might have.

But this route can get a bit pricey, which is why you might want to buy or craft your own medical supplies and use them to have a cheaper, more flexible way of healing yourself. After all, this way, you can heal yourself in the middle of a remote planet far away from known civilization.

The final way to heal yourself is the cheapest possible method, and that is to sleep off Starfield afflictions. You can go to a bed you own, such as the one given to you on your ship, and sleep there.

Some ailments may require you to sleep off several days but they will go away on their own, and you won’t have to spend any credits to do it this way. Just know if you have any time-sensitive missions, this can take too long and make you miss out on their rewards.

Starfield is available on the Xbox Series X and PC.
