Cover still hasn’t announced the circumstances surrounding the pause in the activities of Vesper Noir and Magni Dezmond. Its last update on the situation came on July 19, 2023. At that time, the company noted that the Tempus Headquarters (HQ) first anniversary, which would likely have been held July 22, 2023 or July 23, 2023, is postponed. All pre-orders and order periods for past merchandise for both Vtubers expired in the Hololive Productions Official Shop.

As for the Hololive and Holostars Tempus Starting Voice packs that are available, each one is $7 and comes with five voiced lines. Both English and Japanese versions are included in teh bundle. They are .wav files that include one line that is their introduction, ones that say “good morning” and “good night,” a notification voice, and a “unique” line.

You can pick them up for the following Vtubers. Aside from the absence of Vesper Noir and Magni Dezmond, all current and active Hololive and Holostars Tempus members appear. This means Tsukumo Sana is the only other absent person.
