The Destiny 2 Solstice 2023 celebration is now live, and players will need to obtain Silver Leaves to upgrade their Sunlit Armor set. The event currency can only be obtained by completing specific in-game activities. Here is how to get more Silver Leaves in Destiny 2.
How do I get more Silver Leaves in the Destiny 2 Solstice 2023 event?
After completing your first Bonfire Bash, you will unlock the “A Guardian in Shining Armor” quest. The Solstice 2023 mission’s first step tasks you with tracking down eight Silver Leaves in Destiny 2. If you are left confused about how to obtain the currency, that is totally understandable. After all, the mission’s description is a bit vague.
To get more Silver Leaves in Destiny 2, you need to complete Playlist Activities in Vanguard, Gambit, and Crucible while wearing the Sunlit Armor set. Because I’m pretty awful at Crucible, I found the quickest way to farm the material was to boot up Vanguard Ops, which can be finished in 10 minutes. After completing an activity, you will be rewarded with up to six Silver Leaves.
Unfortunately, the transmog feature does not work. However, you only need to have one piece of the Sunlit Armor set actually equipped for Silver Leaves to drop as an Activity reward.
Now that you have the currency in hand, it’s time to head back to the Bonfire Bash mode. After completing a Bonfire Bash match while wearing a piece of the Sunlit Armor set, the Silver Leaves in your inventory will automatically be converted into Silver Ash. The newly burned currency can now be equipped on any piece of your Sunlit Armor in the Solstice Embers slot.
Silver Leaves are an essential currency in Destiny 2 Solstice 2023, as you will need to obtain a lot of them in order to make your Sunlit Armor glow. Fortunately, obtaining it is fairly easy, especially if you are going to jump into Vanguard or Crucible anyway.
Destiny 2 is available now on the PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One.
