There Are 4 Requests to Tackle in Rain Code Chapter Three

In Master Detective Archives: Rain Code, Yuma can take on lots of sidequests and requests from the citizens of the city. There are multiple requests each chapter that will reward him with DP, which you can put towards giving him better skills or stats in the Mystery Labyrinths. The game helpfully marks request NPCs, so you should be able to find them easily. You can also come back to finish up requests after a chapter is over if you’ve missed any. When it comes to Chapter Three of the game, there are 10 to watch out for as you play.

Here are all the Requests that Yuma can take on in Chapter Three of Rain Code:

“A Teacher’s Distress”

To start this Request, talk to Hana in front of Aetheria Academy. For reference, Hana is the name of the teacher Desuhiko disguised himself as back in Chapter Two. For her first question, answer whichever you want to start the Request. Then, go around and investigate all the quest markers on the map.

Afterwards, when Shinigami asks you what you think, you can answer whichever one you want. However, the correct answer to this is “Teacher,” so the plot will continue until you select that. Report back to Hana and watch the scene play out.

“Rumors of Red Rain”

If you want to kick off this Chapter Three Rain Code Request, talk to the Frightened Man in the Marunomon District. He’s near the top of the map. He tells you about rumors of red rain, which freaks him out so much he doesn’t want to go to work. Well, we’re a detective so even if it’s freaky, we have a duty to investigate. Go to Kamasaki District and check out all the quest markers on your map.

After talking to everyone in Kamasaki District, go back to Marunomon District. A scene plays out as you cross the bridge. After you watch it, go talk to the Frightened Man to report your findings.

“Young Hearts Want to Break Free”

To start this Request, talk to the guy in front of the Clocktower. He wants Yuma to administer a survey to the people of Kanai Ward. First, talk to someone in Ginma District. Then, talk to someone at Kanai Tower. Lastly, go to talk to someone at the Church. After you collect all your answers, return to the Clocktower.

“Troubles of the Heart”

For this Request, talk to the Aetheria Academy girl standing in the Ginma District. She wants Yuma’s help with a boy she likes. Go to the cafe in Ginma District to check the guy out. After talking to him, go to the hotel in Kamasaki District to find the love consul. He’s at the very back of the dining room in the Sun & Moon Hotel. After you talk to him, return to Ginma District and go talk to the guy in the cafe.
