As a reminder, the new opening of the show is “Blue House” by Kitani Tatsuya and the ending is “Lantern” by Soushi Sakiyama. The Blu-Ray will cost 7480 JPY and the DVD will cost 6380 JPY. In total, there will be three episodes on each. The specific release dates for the Blu-Rays and DVDs are:

  • Hidden Inventory 1: October 18, 2023
  • Hidden Inventory 2: November 22, 2203
  • Shibuya Incident 1: December 20, 2023
  • Shibuya Incident 2: January 24, 2024
  • Shibuya Incident 3: February 21, 2024
  • Shibuya Incident 4: March 20, 2024
  • Shibuya Incident 5: April 17, 2024
  • Shibuya Incident 6: May 22, 2024

As for the openings and endings, they focus a lot on the Hidden Inventory arc, which details Gojo’s past with Geto. Since the term “Hidden Inventory” appears below the Jujutsu Kaisen title, it’s likely that we’ll get a different animation once the Shibuya Incident Arc starts. As one can see from the Blu-Ray and DVD release dates, basically the entirety of the second season will focus on it. The Shibuya Incident was a long story arc that drastically changed the direction of both the story and several characters’ fates.
