Lasengle added three more previously event-locked welfare Servants to the Fate/Grand Order shop. This time, you’ll be able to get three Summer Servants: Jeanne d’Arc Alter, Scathach, and Hokusai. You can use Evocation Leaves to get these Servants, as well as their upgrade materials.

Summer Scathach is a Quick Assassin that debuted in the 2016 Summer event. Unlike her normal self, her Noble Phantasm, Gae Bolg Alternative, deals damage to all enemies. Summer Jeanne d’Arc Alter, who debuted in 2018, is a Buster-oriented Berserker with a kit that can improve her abysmal HP and DEF with Evasion. Like her normal Avenger self, Summer Jeanne d’Arc Alter has a single-target Buster Noble Phantasm. Finally, Summer Katsushika Hokusai debuted in 2019 and is an Arts Saber. She focuses on Critical Hits and also has a single-target Arts Noble Phantasm.
Again, all of these Servants are not available to summon. They were only available if you played their respective events and finished the story. However, since several of these characters are from extremely old events that have already re-run several times, it’s highly unlikely that Lasengle will re-run them again in 2023 based on its previous patterns. Other event Servants that you can obtain in the shop include Mysterious Idol X (Alter) and Quetzalcoatl Santa.
Fate/Grand Order is readily available on mobile devices. Evocation Leaves, as well as the opportunity to purchase past event Servants, is only on the Japanese server of Fate/Grand Order for now.
