Capcom announced that a manga adaptation of the upcoming Resident Evil Death Island CG movie is in the making. The manga will be serialized from May 19, 2023 on the online manga and comic website COMIC Hu. The announcement came through the official Resident Evil Japanese Twitter account, which also shared a new key visual for it. [Thanks, Famitsu!]
The manga will be serialized monthly, with a new episode releasing on the 19th of each month starting on May 19, 2023. Capcom also confirmed that the manga adaptation will follow the same plot as the movie.
The new key visual features the main protagonists of the movie Jill Valentine, sibling duo Chris Redfield and Claire Redfield, Leon S. Kennedy, and Rebecca Chambers. There is also a swarm of zombies surrounding the group.

Resident Evil Death Island is the new CG movie in the Resident Evil series, a sequel to 2017’s Vendetta, and it marks the first chronological appearance of Jill Valentine since Resident Evil 5.
Resident Evil Death Island will come out on July 7, 2023. The Resident Evil Death Island manga adaptation will start serialization on the Japanese webcomic service COMIC Hu on May 19, 2023.
